Create A Wallet
First, you need a wallet. We recommend using the Unisat Wallet
Download and install the Unisat extension wallet: Unisat
Open the wallet and click "Create New Wallet."
Set a wallet password.
Back up your seed phrase.
Choose the Taproot (P2TR) format for Address Type and click "Continue" to complete the creation process.
Note:
This phrase is the ONLY way to recover your wallet. Do NOT share it with anyone!
Have ONLY one wallet extension. If you have more, they can conflict and cause unexpected issues.
Funding your wallet with Bitcoin:
You can see your wallet address on the wallet page and withdraw BTC from most exchanges to your wallet address.
Note:
Because the Bitcoin network is slow, we recommend that you prepare your funds well in advance of minting or trading.
Actual duration for funds to transfer to the wallet vary widely based on a number of factors, so we recommend that you transfer Bitcoin to your minting wallet at least one hour before the mint starts.
